Equity Discount: Available for organizations with 50%+ BIPOC leadership (board and/or leadership team) AND annual budget under $1M. Both criteria are required. Simple leadership composition statement during onboarding.

Notes: Tier 2 and Tier 3 are flexible after minimum period. Both retainers can be paused or adjusted based on your needs. Tier 4 lets you choose individual services as needed.
