My role

I was lead grant writer on all three proposals, 2024 to 2025.

What guided the proposals

Two commitments: community voice and historical truth. They are the same ones I bring to every proposal: conditions described honestly, community strengths and leadership at the center, and evidence a program officer can check.

Past grants do not predict future ones. I bring rigor, honesty, and a strong proposal to every engagement. Funding decisions belong to funders.

Let's talk.

Tell me what you're trying to fund, what you've tried, and what feels stuck. I reply to messages within two business days.

The conversation is thirty minutes, with no commitment. The strategy session is sixty minutes and ends with a written summary; the $200 is credited toward a proposal or retainer agreed within 30 days.
